"We were lucky not to have to live on site during the renovation, however initially we were afraid that not being there would cause us not to have enough input in the project. We couldn't have been more wrong. Daily visits to check the progress became routine and were always met by a friendly face and never treated as though we were in the way. Although Bob was the supervisor, we felt very confident with Kelly, the lead carpenter on the job who was an intergral part of the project. In fact all of the sub contractors that worked on the house were great ... very professional and always polite."
