Our initial objective consisted of finishing off the lower level. With three children: Michael 4 1/2, Austin 2 1/2 and Grant 1, the toys were starting to take over the house and Lisa wanted them 'out of her hair.' The Winkey's also mentioned that a four season porch was in future plans. Bob itemized the costs on a double decker addition, which included the four season porch and bumped out a portion of the basement, adding light and character.
